Carla Mack, Founder & CEO
Carla brings 20+ years of leadership in information technology, guiding complex programs and project teams across multiple industries.
A certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Carla holds a B.S. in Business Computer Information Systems from the University of Houston Downtown and an M.S. in Project Management from Boston University. She sets the strategic direction for the company while actively mentoring the next generation of consultants. With a career shaped by experience at top-tier organizations, Carla ensures the company remains grounded in operational excellence and driven by forward-thinking leadership.
Her deep expertise includes IT governance, risk management, and the successful adoption of emerging digital transformation technologies.
